A frame from Monday on a freezing morning along the Ice Fields Parkway in Banff, Alberta. It was around -30 at the time of this shot, so cold, but so beautiful in the mountains right now. Nikon D810, 24-70 2.8 with the Lee Filters Big Stopper and .6 soft grad.

Sure looks cold! Great comp, sky looks a tad dark/under saturated at the top to my eye.

Very nice but why did you crop yourself out?

Beautiful shot and your PP is just perfect. I will probably head out there on Sunday when it is a bit warmer.

It's been so cold here the past couple weeks, something magical about it though!

Ya, I think you are right, I tried to brighten it a bit but kinda of preferred this version. Thanks for the feedback!

It was very cold! I touched my metal tripod mount and it literally burned my hand. The joys of living in the great white north.

Another take from the same day, this one is a selfie... note, make sure your coat is pulled down all the way to avoid bare skin on the snow... ask me how I know.
