Nice shot of this classic Patagonia scene. I remember this spot very well and can't wait to go back there.
Overall it is a nice image but processing does not work for me. As you explained it is a blend of images. The problem is it does not feel like a night shot. The beautiful layers are disconnected and lower half of the image is too bright. This is just my opinion and I don't mean to criticize but with few adjustments, this image can be much stronger. If you need more suggestions let me know.

I think the foreground is fine.
Any darker & it would not look good in print.
I think moon light could give the illumination & the water flow suggests that.
