Beautiful shots Pierre, great light and composition. Did you use multiple exposures for HDR?
I usually shoot JPEG fine. Were these pictures shot in RAW? Just curious.

I always shoot in RAW, you get better recovery in the highlights and shadows and more control over your editing. These were all 3 exposure blends. The pano is 5 horizontal shots at 3 exposures each so 15 images to create this 180 degree panoramic view.
