Lovley set Geoff. I'm going with the first as the wild one even though it's in the middle of the shoot. One simply wants to get a photo like that in the wild.
Thanks Ron

Wow, splendid shots! I'm guessing that the mountain goat is wild!
Thanks...not the mountain goat...I don't think I can get that close to a wild one at 280mm!!

Geoff, wild or captive these are beautiful shots. I'm guessing 5 is wild. You certainly are making the 200-500 look good. Wonderful shots.

Thanks Birdie. Well you are the winner!! Yes the red fox was wild. He was at the preserve but was running around the cliffs that the mountain goats live on. There is an actual red fox habitat but that one hides all the time. This one was wild and free as it can get through or under the mountain goat fence.

If the preserve is close to Whitehorse, then the likely wild species has to be the red fox!
Those are all wonderful shots. I'd love to see that lynx in the wild.

Wow--super! Beautiful shots of incredible animals. Love your compositions too--great choices to emphasize different body parts suited to that environment.
