Here are two shots from my first roll of XP2 Super from my nephew's wedding this summer. These look a lot better on my computer before uploading them. They look very flat here and grainier too. must be the extra compression.
Coolscan V
VueScan
ColorPerfect plug-in in Photoshop and
Adjusted in Lightroom.
Fujichrome RDPIII Provia F 100 - pushed to ISO 200 from March 2002, Brazilian Savannah, Prata-MG.
F90x + Nikkor 75-300mm f/4.5-5.6 AF. From inside my SUV, a mobile blind.
Duped by D610 + PB-6 bellows (~100mm extension) + Micro-Nikkor 55mm f/3.5 ai @f/8 + PS-6 slide copying adapter + SC-17 cable/SB 400 flash. This combo delivered a higher than 1:1 repro, so it was possible to do 9 shots of the complete slide changing the position of it in the PS-6 adapter. Thus, this is a 9 stitched images made at CS6.
No PP other than resizing and adjusting levels for contrast.
The result is slightly more detailed and cleaner than a single shot. I need to do more experiments as more extreme macros of the slide and stitch them to see with my own eyes the increasing in image details as related here: https://petapixel.com/2012/12/23/why-you-should-digitize-your-film-using-a-camera-instead-of-a-scanner/
F90x + Micro-Nikkor 60mm f/2.8 AF-D + SB-28 flash, Fujichrome Provia RDP III ISO 100. Temporarily captive rodent from Brazilian Savannah, Itirapina, SP. The fruit is from the acaulescent palm Attalea geraensis.
Digital dupe using D610 + PB-6 bellows + Micro-Nikkor 55mm f/3.5 ai @f/8 + PS-6 slide copying adapter + SC-17 cable/SB 400 flash behind slide.

Who did your scanning? I see a common scratch on each image on the right third, upper part.
I did! It was unfortunately already there from the lab. My lab is not particularly good, but it's my only option without sending it out, and is cheaper anyway. I should probably go back and clone it out, but hadn't gotten round to it!
Some great stuff here. I’ve had a love/hate relationship with film cameras over the past few years and still have an old OM2 on a shelf in my den.
Just picked up an f80 which I’m waiting to be delivered so hopefully can use with my AF-S lenses and it’ll be a little less stress free film fun for me!
A couple from my new to me Nikon F80, shot with a 50mm f1.8G lens. Really quite pleased for a first effort with it. Shot on super-cheap UK film (£1.00)...
