Thank you for the praise! Alkmaar is indeed a very beautiful city, and I really enjoy being there. It's just that driving by car causes a bit of stress because you're always a little afraid of having a collision with a cyclist. Cyclists can suddenly appear from all directions, out of the blind spot, at high speed... and then there are the e-bikes and e-scooters... I've been to Amsterdam several hundred times in my life, very close to Alkmaar. That city is much larger than Alkmaar, but driving there is very relaxed compared to Alkmaar...
A few pictures from yesterday's evening walk with my dog. The light combined with the dark rain clouds was wonderful. The colors are largely unedited. The exposure was adjusted, and the contrast was slightly increased for a bit more drama. The pictures were taken with the Batis 40.
