Great shots and love you're processing... I'm assuming the 28mm 1.4E?.. and if so, how are you liking it?
Thank you, much.
One thing about my PP. I am not consistent. Meaning, I'll post 5 images here, and they are all edited in a unique way. Which is, actually, quite unprofessional of me!
I tell my clients, "when you see an image you love, b/c of the tones/edit, let me know if you want all of them done that way. Or if you like how they are all unique, that's cool too". and nobody ever complains. so I guess they don't mind.
I think it would be an issue if they were making books, though.

I don't know how much of this is due to the new PP sauce you have been trying out or the D850 because these are just exceptional. I mean, there are D750 shots with same lens just above.

1. I believe the d850 is a step up with color
2. I never looked at a jpg in the last 8 years. I am only editing jpg on the d850. I am putting raw files in storage for when LR has a native update. I believe there is something CRAZY about the d5 d500 d850 jpg engine, which is probably the same. they are pheNOMenal. I am curious if the skin tones that are being baked in-camera, coudl somehow better than what I can do with a raw? I mean, is that possible?
3. I wasn't doing anything new with post. just that they are jpg from an incredible new camera.
4. I stopped DOWN!
5. I was in good light. which is how I normally work.
I thought I'd toss mine into the mix...
I just picked up a used 85 1.4g and it's quite nice.
I have a grey wall in my studio, so I wanted to test it out.
Beauty Dish with a Quantum inside...
This is my 1st shoot with the lens.
