Onboardatlast, I'd ALWAYS go for the glass unless there were substantial gains to be had by upgrading my camera. I have a D800E and if I were you I'd stick with the D750 and add the 105mm 1.4 E.

This would be a different equation since your FOV is quite different shooting DX. Also the 105 is quite hefty and may not balance very well on the D3200.
Not saying which way you should go but just pointing out that 105/1.4 on a D3200 will be a very different shooting experience to a 105/1.4 on a D750.
Swifty168 I do realise that thankyou though. I have a long list lol. I want the d750, 105 and 200f2.
I actually quite like the fact that I will be using the 105 on a dx frame as it will give me a slight insight into the shooting distance for when I eventually get the 200f2 on a full frame. X
