I've got a feeling a lot of these will be accidentally dropped at some point. I've got small to medium size hands and it's kinda tough to get a good grip on this thing.

I actually love it's size and weight. So so so much better than the chubby!

Has to be a Saab. Rare to see that logo from someone in the US. At least my neck of the woods.

Mine will likely be the same but substitute the 58G for the Zeiss 55 Otus!
My current line up is the 28 f1.4D, 55 Otus, and Zeiss 135. If I like the 105 I'm letting the 28 f1.4D and 135 Zeiss go to recoupe some funds then pick up the 1.8G.
Very quick snaps with the 105E this morning & a comparo with the 200 f2 VR.
I am now convinced that this is indeed, a mini-Chub. I finally have a portable lens that renders like a Chub, and easier to compose environmental shots with. Love Love love this lens!! What took you so long, Nikon??
First 2 shots are from Chubino, last 2 shots are from Chub.

Is this a joke? why is there 5x as much grain in the 200 F2 photo's? and a car in the BG in the last one.
