yeah Brian Walker is the king of generic emails, he has been sending them for at least 5-6 months. Marty and Joshua told me to get in touch with him back when I first started asking for payment after the even I shot for them in April that I did get paid for but it was 4 month after.

Just found this thread and am getting concerned. I think I shot only one event in 2015. The 2015 and earlier events were paid quickly. Just this past September I shot two events for them. I'll be watching his closely now. If anyone does receive payment, please keep us posted.

I declined a job offer earlier this week and ended up getting an email from Brent Doscher trying to sell the event to me, and offering to chat if I wanted to suggest anything else they could offer. Of course, I didn't get a reply when I responded.

Yup. And I did just get a reply, and it's pretty clear he copied and pasted its contents. It also doesn't help I've gotten this particular reply about four times now.

What is odd is that GF still maintains an updated presence on Facebook, etc and a lot of their posts are about the good times the photographer are having shooting for them. Are the photographers new to GF and just don't know any better or are they shills?

The Gameface group on facebook posts have to be approved, not sure about comments, but I would assume they would quickly pull you out and delete the post if you said anything about the issues they were having.
At this point I just don't care, I kind of feel bad, cause I liked the shooting they had me do, but I have written them off at this point and just want the money they owe me and be done.

They actually have been actively deleting any posts that are remotely related to the issue. Someone posted something on GFM's public Facebook page asking about when photographers would be paid - they deleted it. Other people who have posted about it on GFM's "photographers only" group have been banned and their posts deleted.
They currently show the lowest number of future events ever and if your expectations are that these events will cover previous expenses (your work) than you are delusional. Working for them will be a act of kindness that will not bring you and income. Merry Christmas.

working in years past, this is normal. they haven't published events for contracts for events starting late spring. nothing unusual.
the only way to get paid is to work more events. they make substantial profit off each one, to cover past events and current. yes, it's ridiculous, but that's the only real way out of bankruptcy.

yes. they over-invested something that left them dry. primary income is from future events, that more than cover paying just the shooters that work it = SHOULD be invested to paying back invoices.
don't make ASSumptions about me. if you bothered to look at my posts, you'll see i am also owed $$.

here's the reality: crying and begging for money won't get you paid. the ONLY WAY GF DOESN'T GO BANKRUPT IS FULFILLING THEIR CONTRACTS TO RECEIVE INCOME FROM THEIR CONTRACTS.
