Here are some recent warbler shots. Hope you like them.
Most of these are from the two of the hot migration stops in US (Galveston, Magee Marsh). It's been a good year so far with 36 species of warblers IDed and photographed. Good amount of time was spend on finding the right perches with good enough isolation from background and surrounding branches. I still have tons of unprocessed images and I ll be posting those in coming weeks.
Wowza! Outstanding set of warblers. The Hooded is a beauty of a little treat! I remember all the buzz about a Worm Eating warbler once at Magee, difficult little one to get a good look at but yours must have really liked you
Great set of warblers. As you mentioned, finding the right perches and background is just as important as finding a clear view of the bird. All of these have great perches and backgrounds...well done.
