Great shots! My 11yo son, a diehard birder, has been clamoring for a family trip to Magee Marsh (not the 1st choice of the typical 11 year old, I would wager)! I need to show him this thread, I am sure he will love it, and my daily life will become a living hell as he asks me every day if the plane tickets have been purchased!

Great ... hopefully he will be able to balance b/w studies and birding it's very addictive and bird care less about the exam/ season
I showed him the thread a little while ago and slowly scrolled down the photos and asked him to identify each one and bang, bang, bang.. he got every one perfectly! I love the little kid!

I'm lucky to shoot 2 or 3 of these guys on an outing. You got some great poses and rarities (for Canada anyway), not too mention some very fine light
Excellent series indeed.

Oh my Faizan , these are real gems !!! Your time certainly was well spent as the perches and backgrounds really add to the beauty of these birds. Very well done.

Great collection of stuff. The Hooded is surely my pick, though the Worm-eating portrait is a really unique shot. That's not a species often photographed with such detail.
