The boys from Calgary have posted there 24min (long for them) review on this camera. I haven't watched it all yet but I do enjoy TCS reviews.

Thanks, Geoff. I also enjoy Chris and Jordan's reviews.

I agreed with pretty much what Chris talked about this camera. After taking this EM1.2 out to and compare with all the big boy from Nikon (800VR/300VR II ) Canon (400DO mkii) i have to say i DO MISS the feel , the exotic sound of shutter click of pro body DSLR.

Like i talked to mitesh, EM1.2 is like the new Tesla. It sleek, it fasts, comes with all new technological stuff but at the end of the day, i still miss the fuel smell, the wind blow to my face, the engine sound of my Lamborghini.

BUT, i'm willing to work with it due to the fact that the foot print of this system is so small.

Maybe my imagination on the improvement of the M1ii sensor ?? But I don't remember being able to crop like this on my GX8.
Regarless, enjoying the M1ii's immunity to rain on today's walk around the neighborhood...day 5 of rain, seems like it never ends here. Well it doesn't. We get 300 days a year just like this

First the original, then the crop. Me playing today with the 40-150pro

Thanks MM. I like the colors and detail. Great images.
We use to have the Northern Flickers here, but I have not seen one for awhile.
This bird seems different but looks similar.

Nice to see my go to combo of 400DOII not looking all that much bigger than the Olympus combo. Of course we don't have a scale involved and no hood involved and would have to add the 1.4TC to match the FOV but still makes me feel good about my choice...

i think the best Canon lens ever made is the 400DO mkii. So here is the size compare for both with hood.

I would give credit to Olympus to squeeze in 300mm f/4 at the size. Compare size with Sony 70-200 f/2.8 G Master, Sigma 50-100

I will take the quiet Tesla with the deluxe sound system over the noisy Lamborghini with the smell of toxic gas and consumption of carbon monoxide, thank you! YMMV.

As I begin to divest of Canon gear the 400DOii will be the last to go, it and the 7D Mark III(three).

And what is the point in comparing sizes of f2.8 to f4 lenses, or 300mm to 400mm lenses, or prime lenses to zoom lenses

K-H on occasion we get Northern Flickers too, though rarely. One day one was investigating a nesting box out back but it didn't take.

For no reason. Just to bait your respond.

I know you're bored so I find something for you to get all fire up. Lol
