I have briefly tested the MC-11 with the original A7 and the Canon mount Sigma 150-600mm Contemporary today. In particular AF-C, DMF and Lock-On AF work and of course the other modes as well. Not tested Eye AF or face detection. I have done the same test also with the A7 mkII and the A6000 with the same results.
The OS, optical stabilizer seems to work and is set with the physical switch on the lens, which incidentally overrides the OSS menu on/off setting.

Thanks for the update. I have Sigma 150-600 + MC 11 on order and I'm looking forward to testing it out.
Anyone try the older Sigma 24-70 2.8 and 70-200 2.8 on the MC11 and any A7 body? I'm curious if it doesn't work now in native mode if it will in the future. This may give some of us a less expensive alternative to the current GM zooms.

Fred, will you be doing any testing with your tilt-shifts? I'm very curious to know how the adapter deals with larger and/or shifted image circles.
I don't have my TS-E lenses anymore! but I'm thinking of getting either the 17 or 24mm back. I miss them in the field!
I think we may have to flock this adapter though. Does anyone know if it's already flocked?

Ugh, I don't like hearing that. I was hoping it had flocking installed already Are you noticing it needs it?
Also, where did you get yours? I feel like I am going to regret buying one from Adorama!

I've got mine. The inside is dark. It is flocked with something that appears to be "sprayed on" felt, if that makes sense. I suppose it's good enough, but I have done no stress testing of it, and I leave that to someone more experienced.

That's encouraging. As long as it's not reflective inside, it should be fine. It's a bigger issue with Canon TS-E lenses.
Fred
I'll be getting one when B&H start shipping again, but the problem with using on TSE lenses is that there's no foot on this adapter and no way to attach one. I do have a couple of little used Canon AF lenses that I'll test and keep it for if it's as good as the MB IV, which otherwise stay on my TSE lenses.
Maybe I could send it to Guy for some creative surgery

I don't see a tripod mount on this adapter. Would it be ok to use a Canon 11-24mm on an A7RII with the MC-11 on a tripod with the camera body attached to the tripod? It seems like a lot of weight will be in the front and I'm worried about the stress on the mounts. The 11-24mm is probably the heaviest non-native lens I will ever use.

I think it will be ok on the A7RII, the camera mount is quite strong. I used to mount a Nikon 14-24/2.8 (which weighs similar to the canon 11-24) via cheap adapter (without tripod socket) on my A7RII, no problem so far.
