This is my first post of an image taken earlier this year. I have been enjoying the superb images posted on this site for sometime and humbled by the talent displayed. Appreciate any comments/suggestions. Thanks
Dave, I agree - wonderful image! Great composition, wonderful light, and nice processing! In trying to find some suggestion for improvement, the only thing that comes to my mind is that you might want to try to clone out the tree stump (or whatever it is) along the border in the bottom right hand side. Cropping that out would pull the image too far into the bend of the river. But like I said, this is a wonderful image just as it is! Welcome to the forum! Looking forward to seeing more of your work here.

Glad to see you posting. This a really sweet image you have here. Last time I was up there with Sunny we tried to find a similar vantage point along the Owens River but kept striking out as too many of the bends had high brush and weeds blocking the water. So good job on finding this spot.
Hi Dave,
Not much to criticize here. The color is gorgeous and I really like the way you compose the scene with a nice foreground lead and reflection.
Welcome to FM!
Beautiful photograph. Strong comp, color and processing. Curious about the brighter upper right 3rd and foreground reeds willows vs the protruding darker left reeds. Nothing serious whatso ever and quite honestly I wouldn't even change a thing with this one but it just got my eye.
