This was not an easy task with a 6 month old puppy that bounces off the walls 24/7.
I think I burned more calories than she did just trying to get one good shot.

I made one of those DIY flash modifiers out of white fun foam and I figured this assignment would be a good one to try it out on. Seems to work pretty well from my limited experience with flash work.
