Scaly Breasted Lorikeet (Trichoglossus chlorolepidotus) in our garden yesterday with the D500/200-500 (loving this combo)

Very similar to the Rainbow Lorikeet (Trichoglossus haematodus), they actually flock together sometimes. We get both in the garden most days.

The side shot isn't in focus, yes. The howling shot is in focus in the middle of the back, I think. For reference, though, the lens is pretty sharp.
