Scott - you have done an excellent job as always!

I have to admit that i like #1 even more.

I find this very special green tones just so supernatural, in a way it reminds of a strange
kind of dream, a monochrome one!
The composition and many wonderful details in the water and the trees make it even more a stunning picture indeed!

Oh my! These are both almost surreal!
I say that because I have never seen the aurora
in person. And these show two beautiful presentations
of the beauty of the aurora borealis!

I am enjoying looking at these very much!!!

#2 - am I seeing startrails in the reflections in the water?

Thank you Jeff. Actually it is not star trails but rather distorted reflections caused by subtle waves in the water. It wasn't 100% still.
