Love this. My wife and I were recently in Kauai and she wanted to capture something along the same conceptual line, but she never found the right beach and the right lighting. Gives us yet another excuse to go back there.
After her experience, I understand how tough this capture can be. Great shot.
That is really cool splash, Jim. I can feel the energy of the waves. If you could add some micro contrast (crispiness) to the "splash" and some light on the rocks, it would add even more impact.
