This 23km, ~500m elevation gain hike was harder than expected. It follows along the lake edge for a while and then, BAM!, straight up to the lookout. This was my first time at this point and I got lucky with fairly calm winds. This area is notorious for being very windy all the time. Wonderful day out, minus the one tick that managed to sneak down my shirt!
I clicked on the link to this thread and said "Wow" out loud when I saw this image. It is beautiful! What amazing scenery and so well captured.
I would agree with Chaz. For me, it's just a little overexposed, but, like him, I could have monitor issues. I feel like a 5-10% (-0.05 to -0.10) lowering of the exposure slider in LR would do the trick, or a gradient pulled from the sky down with a similar adjustment. Nonetheless...gorgeous!

(As a side note, I pulled a tick off of me yesterday - I hate those things - but I was in my house and not looking at this beautiful landscape. Had I been there, I would have thought it was worth it! )
Wonderful scenery! I think the highlights could be pulled back just a touch. Perhaps increasing the contrast a bit, especially among the mountains, might also be beneficial. I don't usually like wide angle panos, but the symmetry does work well for this one. A nice shot overall.
