Solid set and creativity. Heavy handed with the processing but its a style and think it mostly works. Nice set!

You have some great captures! #5 is my favorite. You have great lighting and color. Then #1 for the smooth lines.

And then #7
That is a crazy image when you just gaze at it. At first it just looks like laser beams but after staring at it for a little bit it became some crazy cool looking segmented sunrise shining onto the ground.

Great set, but I absolutely love #7. It almost fits in with one of those "Pink Floyd laser light spectacular" shows.

Thanks Guys. Just for your info my 800mm f/8 mirror lens arrived and works great. It was only $200 so not bad at all considering Nikon's new 800mm f/5.6 lens costs $18K. But, for astro photography the 200 dollars lens is good enough, plus it weights only about 3 pounds and it's very small for its reach.

Nice work Gregg. I too like #2 for the unique lighting that you employed. The only thing that bugs me is the quite soft horizon line. Bummer about that. The image of Bryce Canyon is perhaps my favorite ... just lovely light you created there. Very nice!

These are all wonderful. Thanks for sharing your lighting technique as I wondered how you pulled these shots off. You made the Badlands look, well, not bad.
