Kevin, , what a magnificent set from the glorious landscapes to the owls and birds. No favorites as I truly enjoyed each and every one of them. Look forward to more

Love #12 but all are very nice, well done
Thanks Rob ! I loved the Snowy against the setting sun but it was very difficult to photograph (for me). If I was focused on the bird - fine, if I was taking a sunset shot - fine, but combining the two was really tough
Love that first eagle owl and you got some great snowy shots in very incredible settings. Great stuff, but that cold.............and I'm from Canada.
Fine work.

Outstanding owls and I love the ponies too -- and the exotic location (by my standards) adds some extra zing. It must have been quite a trip; I'll look at the trip report now. Thanks for showing these!

That is one fabulous birding and photography trip you have had, Kevin. Glad to hear that now you are "cold-proof"; it seems that all those posts about clothes were very useful. Looking forward to see the rest. A.
Wow Kevin, all I got to say is:
A very stunning set and variety that was taken by you in off the charts cold temperatures of -58 degrees Fahrenheit and also in the real wild; that said, you get my vote for featured thread of the week BRAVO

Interesting post full of quality images. Love those snowy pics, especially those with all the sparkly snow. The second landscape has a lot of appeal too. Well done!
Thanks Ken !
I hoped some people would like the landscape shots too but it's difficult to ignore the Snowy's

Awesome stuff Kevin. You have outdone my record for shooting in cold temps by a good margin. Good work
Hard to pick a favourite but that snowy at sunset is very nice.

I'm a great admirer of your work Geoff so thank you very much for the appreciation
It was very cold, so cold that when you blinked tears against the wind they froze on your eye-lashes But I still really enjoyed it - the Arctic clothing makes a huge difference to the enjoyment levels.

A great set Kevin. The first two are very well done, but look extremely cold. Even with lots of great shots the first horse shot is extra special ~ Ron
Thank you Ron
Cold it most certainly was, I don't think any day was warmer than -30C but in the blizzard (the 'golden light' shots and 2nd Landscape shot) was the coldest with the local weather report saying -50C. The Arctic clothing and boots worked a treat though (full details in the Trip Report in the link given).
