It's my second black-tricolored aussie. My first one lived to be 14 and was a wonderful dog. So I wanted another.
I got this girl from a woman in Bend , Oregon. High Desert Aussies.
She is beautiful, looks just like ours. We might have her sister, ours is a bit over 5 months old, Her parents were Woody & Tori. We got her from Johanna too. I'd post a photo, but I don't have that 300 PF lens.
Some really nice shots here...I just bought one of the 300pf lenses and can't wait to put it into action. I'm hoping it allows me to sell my 80-400g for closer in wildlife shots.
Does anyone have any experience with a Blackrapid strap paired with their body/300mm combo? I remember reading somewhere a while ago that the optional tripod collar did not keep the camera and 300mm balanced evenly when on a tripod. I can see this potentially being an issue when connected the strap to the camera body, and possibly connected to the optional tripod collar.
Sure, I attach the Blackrapid to the camera's tripod socket. No reason to connect it to the lens, and no need to use the tripod collar, just mount the body on the tripod.
