p.1 #1 · FS - Digital Rebel - Sold

Digital Rebel. It’s just back from Canon Canada right now as smarty pants here managed to scratch the focus screen during cleaning. They have now replaced the focus screen and cleaned the sensor and all the other shiny bits inside.

I bought it in January. I’m located in Canada but it is an American camera. It doesn’t mind Canadian winters but is also ok with re-relocating to the US (or Russia or Korea, but don’t offer to pay for it with Western Union and have it delivered to your cousin in New York City!). Location is irrelevant to me and to it though. The Canon warranty covers Canada and the US but if I haven’t had any warranty items in 9 months, I’m not getting them now I don’t think.

If you’ve got this far with the ad then you know all the technical specs so I won’t bore you. It’s got about 2-3,000 clicks on the shutter, which many would consider to be low mileage. Almost certainly closer to 2,000. The main reason is that first of all I didn’t know it had a burst feature until July and secondly, I come from shooting film where it costs money to press the shutter!

All papers and cd’s are included in the box as well. I even have the plastic bags that the various thingies were in when I bought it! The copy of Photoshop Elements is unopened and therefore, unlicenced so there’s another 50 bucks or so saved. The manual is not in 10 condition, probably closer to an 8, as it was in my camera bag. The cover is dog-eared a bit but that’s it.

There is a small 2mm scuff mark on the built in flash cover. Obviously doesn’t affect performance, caused by rubbing in my camera bag. No lens included but I will throw in my home made cable release, you can see it in the photos. It’s ugly but functional! It will be a conversation piece when you use it! $630 shipped.

All pm's replied, please do not insult me with crazy low ball offers. I don't NEED to sell it to pay for the 20D, it's already paid for.

OK, how about a throw in a long white lens, I'm beginning to think this forum is great for selling long white lenses but little else!

630 excludes the 18-55mm lense, correct?

I may have someone interested in it. I'll forward it on.
