Great images everyone. I'm looking foreward to the upcoming weeks.
Here's my January - March image. Now that I think of it, I did spend a lot of time during this year in very low shooting positions.
Chris
Didn't get a chance to shoot too much in the second quarter. Made a road trip in late May that included a visit to Kensington Metropark in Milford, MI where the rookery was full of egrets, and herons. Thanks to Chris Schlaf for the recommendation.
Barn Owl,
Shared some moments with this guy, just myself, wife and dog.
Strange as normally photographers everywhere once word gets out, made these moments more enjoyable for me.
Goodness knows which shots best but heres one anyway
Maybe I misunderstood the parameters of this thread. I posted what I thought was the best of my previous FM quarterly posts. Or, is it just what you think are your best images during each quarter, previously posted or not? Hope someone sets me straight.
Thanks, Rex

Hi Rex,
I thought four for the year but maybe I have misunderstood, I can remove if I have it wrong,
I wasn't referring to you, Howard at all. I'm just trying to figure it out for myself. Maybe I was wrong on how I posted my images. I'm not upset or calling anyone on this. There would be no reason to. This is a great series and I can't wait to see more.

Just go for your four best of the year, either one at a time, or all at once.
My second instalment is from Iceland. Wish I could have got lower, but that was problematic as I was in the car and the floorboards haven't rusted that much yet. Leaving the car caused the birds to leave also.
