Good Heavens, John! Thank you for your long and extremely kind post. I am so pleased that you like this photo so much and that you also enjoyed the documentary about me. Much appreciated!
All best wishes,

Endre,
In my mostly "lurking" mode on this forum (yes, I also need to post more...but what I really need to do is shoot more!) I have seen many great examples of your photography. Today, as I sit alone in my kitchen on a cold New England morning while enjoying some coffee, I decided it was high time I comment because this one made me say "WOW!" out loud as I sat in stunned amazement! I'm not sure what else can be said that hasn't already been stated, but this is simply beautiful! I like the B&W very much (especially with the slight warm tone), but I lean about one degree past vertical towards liking the color even more. Everything about it is so well done! You have (another) fan!
Oh, and I thoroughly enjoyed the video...the phrase "jack of all trades, master of none" does not apply to you! You seem to be master of all trades! Or, at least the ones I love, music and photography.
Thanks so much, Dan, my friend! You are always so kind! I really appreciate it!
Warm regards,
Endre

Big Congrats, Endre! Beautifully done
There are some many components that make this image special and the summation of all those parts and components works in such a way that nothing needs to be added, taken away or altered

I think you could have used a little more fill light.

Just kidding, wanted to be different! Did she help calculate the position of the lights, and the rate of shadow decay? Perhaps a little Chaos theory was used in the calculations? Awesome, just awesome.
It was pure luck that I have an awesome daughter. Also pure luck that I managed to get the lights to look nice. Chaos Theory at work.
All the best,
Endre

This has to be one of the best portraits I've seen. Everything about it speaks of beauty. Very few photographs move me such as this one has. If this were my daughter and I'd taken the photo I don't think I would ever tire of looking at it. Thankyou
Than you so much! That is very kind of you to say and I am so glad you found it so evocative!
All the best,
Endre
