I have been planning this shot for a while at this location. I had an idea of the type of photo I wanted just wasn't sure I could execute it. This is a natural arch under a huge rock cliff. Using TPE, I picked roughly the month the sun would peak through the arch window. I just needed clouds and high tides. The tides didn't come high enough far into the opening but got close enough for this shot. This is a 4 shot blend. 1 for the arch, 1 for the clouds, 1 for the wave, 1 for the sun. Blended in CS5. I must've taken over 100 shots to grab 5 that would piece together the scene I wanted.
Great blend Jason, looks perfect. I do wish the right side of the cave wasn't cut off and we could see a bit more of the wave action, but this is still great. Nice job!
