The first thought was the cult classic, "Reefer Madness." Actually she is a loving cat Her hobby is chasing flies and eating them. Same with mosquitoes. I am minus a lamp, but she did get the fly!

Awwwwwww... I did the same when my grandmother passed. The cat I brought home from high school was still alive 18 years later, and I wound up driving back with her on my lap for her first ever car ride. She also had to adjust to living with multiple cats, as she was an only cat before, and she did that well. Queenie lived another three years.
