I bought this phone new from AT&T/Best Buy as an upgrade in December. I just can't face up to switching back to the iPhone from my Android/Nexus 4 phone. Too complicated ...
This is new in the sealed box from Best Buy. I will provide the original receipt and stand behind this 100%!
I will also include a a free Otterbox case that I bought elsewhere. It says iPhone 5, but I understand that it also fits the iPhone 5s. I will research again to be sure.
I have not tested the phone, but if it is dead on arrival for some reason, or there are any issues, I will give you a full refund and deal with it myself so that you don't have to. Oterwise, remaining warranty through December 2014.

I think you are the first person I have ever seen say that an iphone is more complicated, iphone's are the mom/pop/grandparent phone! Anyway I dont blame you, no way could I go iphone after being on android

I guess I meant that it was too complicated to migrate everything back to iOS, after 1.5 years of doing everything in Android.
I also have a Nexus 7, so the Nexus 4 & Nexus 7 are the perfect combination. They share all of the same applications/calendar/etc,.and both are always up-to-date when I make changes on the other one.
Too complicated for my simple brain to relearn iOS 7, and to figure out how to do everything that already works in 2 different systems side-by-side.
