Keep at it man! I remember being flawed by other people's photos when I first started and thinking I would never get to their level. Now, I'm still FAR off the people I really admire, but I've grown a lot since the beginning. Just takes some work. Taking a class from people you really like can help as well.
Like the comp, not so crazy about the processing. The Orton effect light beam and the dodge on the foreground rocks are overdone, IMO and not fully consistent with the way the light *should* be falling (the brightness in the background implies a backlit subject, which means there should not be so much light on the rocks i the foreground). The vibrance also seems to be at 11, on account of the neon green glow of the moss.
