remarkable captures of wonderful osprey action Thang! Well done to capture it. #2 is my pick for the good view of the fish (size wise) and the felt effort of the osprey as it attempts to take off with it. Nice detail, etc. Just outstanding. TFS>

Thank you everyone for your nice compliments.

The osprey struggled for several minutes trying to lift off with its catch. Unfortunately, after several attempts, it dropped the carp and moved on with a smaller catch an hour or so later. I am not sure whether the carp survived the injuries or not.
