Hello all! I am very happy to see these fast flying little suckers have come to the San Francisco Bay in great numbers. Some debate has been going on regarding if these are Allen's or Rufous, either way, they're here now and I'm going to shoot them till my shutter falls off. During one 2 hour break, I shot 1400 photographs! (a little over 11 shots a minute) I think my index finger is still cramping.

Look ma... no hands!

I was trying to go for the whole secondary color palate here... not quite happening

These are all 100% real backgrounds with no flash and no feeders. Just went to an arboretum where there's an explosion of them!
