Every Friday I get chemo downtown. My daughter always sends me an email saying "Happy Chemo Friday"
When I get there they check for an infection and then they prepare the special sauce.
This stuff takes around an hour to get ready. Today, since I have a new lens, I asked to be called when it was ready. I then walked around taking pictures with my Tokina 11-16 2.8 lens.

Nice shots! Looks like a fun lens to experiment with. I love wide angles! While my wife was sleeping through her 3rd or 4th chemo session last summer, I snuck out and took some cool shots with my new (at the time) sigma 12-24 in a local temple. She really liked them.
Thanks Freep!
There are many worse off then me.
Even though I'd have four surgery's and now into my second round of chemo (6 treatments each)
I'm doing pretty darn good.
Hi, I've been getting chemo and radiation in mixed variety for a year now. My daughter takes me for my treatment and we joke about it similarly it's the only way to keep your spirits up while getting that stinking sauce! Thank God for daughters. I like that you took your camera with you. I might do the same now that you inspired me to.
I wish you all the luck in the world, kick it out of you! Sounds like your daughters a great coach so you have that going for you.
Thanks also Jdidomenico. I hope all is going well for you. Yes, take the camera next time. I was in a much better mood because of it. My daughter scares me sometimes because I see so much of myself in her.
Here is a shirt that arrived yesterday from my daughter -
