New season, new (old) lens. I have made a couple of previous attempts to get a decent Kiron 70-210 but one had a loose barrel and the other a severe fungus problem. I also wanted it in OM mount to rationalise the number of lenses I carry and to use it with film.
Anyway, in the morning sun, just before the breezes started (impossible to get all in focus with any movement): hand-held at 1.5m (just out from the 'Macro' focus) 1/500 f11 at ISO 200. Cropped to square format.
It looks like at least good value for money at £15!
This will be useful, when out doing general photography, for a range of moderate close-ups without changing to my Kiron 105mm.
