I went to one of the local lakes today to see what I could get photo wise.
These are my two favorites from the day that happened to fast and to close.
All I could do is re-crop for composition, I hope you like them.

I am amazed at the size of the trout(?) Looks like you should have also brought your fishing gear

Too close to an osprey that just caught a big trout? What a concept.
But you weren't too close to the egret; you were located perfectly.

great shots. I like the close up detail, good crops.
very pretty rainbow. always hate getting skunked fly fishing and see an osprey dive down to grab a nice one.
