2007, my entry on this forum, my oh my.. seems like yesterday. At the time (2007-2008), I wasn't a good photographer. I wanted to be, I tried hard. Many have helped me along the way.
I posted some good images and many shitty images. At the time, there was a regular of the female gender from California who replied to one of my posts (paraphrasing) why are you posting these images?
The line was drawn not that I needed it but, such is me. To be better....to be better...to be better.

Lou:
If it were not for Lou on FM (RIP), I would not have discovered bald eagles. To hell with hawk mountain.
Andrew J:
My first day shooting bald eagles were with you in 2007. I hope we have many, many more days photographing bald eagles. I remember when there were 500 + bald eagles. You are the best my friend.
Dave in LA:
RIP, introduced me to selective PP.
Herb:
I love ya! My front seat driver.

Thank you for the inspiration over the years.
Thanks to everyone on this forum, many here have inspired me. Thanks to everyone I brushed shoulders with over the years.
For convenience sake, I am not numbering the images.
Ok Ted...for convenience I'm not numbering my favorites...sort of like ranking your children eh? Brilliant shots and proof positive that with hard work and perseverance one can really improve one's skill set.
You have been an integral part of the forum for some time now and I really enjoy seeing your name come up with new shots. I do think it is interesting that you had only 17K posts before yesterday Way to go UT and hope to see many more of your inspirational posts!

A hearty congratulations Ted!! A super milestone to attain. To get that many clicks on the odometer requires constancy, dedication, and real feeling of belonging. Every time I open one of your posts, I know I'll be looking at quality. This celebratory post was no different (and I recall a bunch of them). It is a pleasure to view and comment on your images (and I enjoy your comments on my posts as well). Looking forward to many more years of shared enjoyment on the N&W Forum.
Congratulations Ted !!! What a wonderful set , each and everyone . I enjoy and learn from all your posts. I appreciate your encouragement and help and continue to strive for the "pop" in my shots. Thank you Ted for glorious shots and lots of help.
