Portret of the dying tree and possibly its offspring. I found this scene high in the alpines at the end of the ridge. Blizzard stopped for a moment and I was able to take few shots. Low clouds created soft background for these scene.

Artur, you nailed the exposure on this! A wonderful composition. The exposure of the background makes the tree really pop! I love how there is just the barest of bark color to compliment the snow and ice on the tree.
The evergreen in the back lends to the emotion of the image.
