I am an OM Zuikoholic and I recently got the A7R for the use of legacy lenses like the Canon Dream Lens and my tiny OM collection. I find the peaking quite pleasing yet sometimes I feel that the smoothness of the oof area a bit unreal or unnatural.

You do have indeed a mighty selection of the best of the OM primes.
But did you not find the heavier lenses i.e. 35-80mm f2.8, 90mm f2, 100 f2, front heavy in use.?
I always preferred the one stop slower versions much more versatile and usable in practice

I own the three lenses you mentioned,
the combos are quite front heavy and I do feel that the body is too light for them.
I have an A&A strap for my A7R but when mounted those lenses on,
I dare not rely only on the strap as when I carry the combos around my neck or shoulder,
they tilt a lot with the lenses facing downwards...I am afraid they might fall at times...
Preferably the lighter ones, like the 21mm F2, the 50s (1.2, 2 Macro) or even the 55 1.2 are the ones that gives good lens and body weight ratio.
I usually have the 21 mounted on the A7R. While for sharpness I will use the 50 mac.

xXSalgoudXx - good use of 35mm SHIFT and fine images.
To all - which is the best adapter for OM Zuiko lenses on Sony A7?
Thanks . Don't know about the best but I am using the Novoflex one and have no complaints. Nice fit and finish and I've not noticed any light leaks, etc.

I've used those supplied by SRB Photographic, based in the UK, both on OM and on Nikon manual lenses.
These have been excellent, no issues, and are reasonably priced.
24mm/2.8MC with cheapo eBay adapter, borrowed A7. Focused on the second pillar. f8. Everything is sharp for my purpose and kind of photography. If anyone is keen on raw file let me know. This could be a solution for me 'dead' 6D which was getting heavier while in the mountains.

agospino,
that last one is a fantastic image.
I'm doing some additional testing with Zuiko 24mm/2.8MC, 28mm/3.5, and 35mm SHIFT. I find that after f8 all these are fantastic landscape lenses. 24mm/2.8MC is the best of the lot and 35mm very very useful for my type of work, so glad I'm still holding onto it. 28mm is the best price/performance lens I've owned (paid 16Euro some years ago!).

What adapters are you using?
I bought a cheap one off ebay and it didn't have the catch for the aperture lever. I then ordered a Fotga one from China which did have the catch but the catch was misaligned so the lens couldn't be stopped down more than 5.6 unless I manually held the button on the bottom right.
