I was up at Plum Island Saturday, and there was one just off of Parking Lot 1. I was however at Parking Lot 3. By the time I got to Lot 1 the snowy was down on the beach.
I decided not to chase and leave her be. Never saw her again. Being only the second Owl I would have seen in my entire life that was a decision, I'm still not sure of.
