With one talon locked on its fish the African Fish Eagle used its wingspan to try to intimidate the Maribou Storks.
But I like the fish that got away story better

Super image Eric. Super pose from the eagle, and good positioning of the storks. A nice balance. If this was Disney, I'd say the eagle ringleader was giving directions to his thuggy stork henchmen.

Eric, the fish eagle is a large bird by normal standards but going up against a gang of marabou storks is not for the faint of heart.

The more I watch birds the more I think they live a very tough life. Great capture!
