The fog had dissipated by the time I made it out for some photos today at Centennial Park, but I did get a nice visit from a Sea Lion. He or she was just swimming back and forth for over an hour, sometimes diving but only for a minute or so. I couldn't tell if it was eating anything or not.
There also must have been some sort of food spill at the grain terminal because there were tons of shorebirds on the water all congregating in a line radiating outward from the ship (see the last picture, ship not shown).
Hey, I'm guessing you did some 'cloning and healing' in the area above the cats' head? Maybe would have been better with it as original? It distracts a touch for me. Love the elephant picture.
Mike: The level of detail in these cityscape shots is insane. Excellent job.
Flash: I really like the composition and colors of that crescent moon shot. Very well done.
Jako: You captured that cute window of that bakery exceptionally. Honestly, I lack the eye for such city shots, which makes them even more impressive to me.
Here is another one from Northern Japan. I'm still not happy with my PP skills, I feel more could get squeezed out of these pictures, but on the other hand I'm no fan of excessive PP'ing.

I believe there's a branch / trunk between the camera and the subject up there. So the transition from that OOF element to the cat looks odd at first. Took me a minute to figure out what was going on.
Shots from this afternoon at meet and greet with some local photographers at Currumbin rock.
