A Rufous hummingbird in my yard. I have never had one of these this early, normally after fall migration of the Ruby-throats.

This camera and its sensor still deliver fantastic results. I switched from Olympus to Sony after discovering this model, along with all the small, lightweight lenses in Sony's lineup

Those are really cool looking in infrared Jim! #4 especially I really like!

Yesterday saw a blue heron wading in the water and began photographing it, then another one showed up, and then some Canadian geese showed up after that. I was able to grab a few shots before the light levels dropped too low. I don't consider myself a wildlife photographer but I always enjoy it when the opportunity presents itself!
