Nice shots Mike. I was just in Seattle over the weekend for the first time and what an awesome sight Rainier is. Very imposing and an awesome subject to photograph. Thanks for sharing your work.
Werner, I really enjoy your photos from Kloster Eberbach! Nice tones and atmosphere. Looks like a wonderful place to be with a camera (or without even ).
Minolta MC Rokkor 28mm f/2.5 (Pretty yellowed, but I actually like the warm tones, still gonna try and give it it a go with some UV treatment to get rid at least of some of the yellowing)

All these with the FE 55 on my A7 - Copyright Ekerö Kommun
Excellent pictures! And the FE 55mm looks like an awesome lens. Really like the 3D pop on these, real Zeiss rendering! Gonna get have to get one myself soon!
A few photos from another mountaineering trip in Jasper National Park, Canada. All shot with the 24-70mm FE OSS on the A7S. This combo is fast becoming one of my favorite photographic tools I've ever owned...

Very nice Milky Way shots!...did you use a tracker on these, or is the A7S sensitive enough to do without?
One of the Photoshop plugins I use quite a bit for my astro-work is HLVG (Hasta La Vista Green) that does a great job of toning down the green color that sometimes creeps into long night exposures...without destroying the rest of the color balance.

Thanks! One of my main motivations to purchasing the A7s was the flexibility to use the relatively slow 24-70 f/4 for night shots and eventually the 16-35 when it's available. These were single exposures, very simple (no dark frames or anything) shot at f/4, around 20s and ISO 25k to ISO 50k.
I use some lightroom plugins that I bought to do the PP on my star shots for now, some of them exaggerate certain colors on purpose (not realistic) but I like the artsy feel of them. I'll look into that HLVG plugin - thanks for the info on that.
