Had a chance to test the 85mm during a night baseball game for my sons tball. All but one of these was shot through the fence. Excellent sharp focus. Only miss focused on the fence one time. Not the most pretty pro shots but wasn’t too bad considering the fence to shoot through. Happy with how these turned out even if “snapshotty”. 👋🏼

A squirrel appeared with a 'large nut to crack' outside my kitchen window. He was nice enough to stay put and pose while I ran to get my camera.
The million dollar question................Did he get it open?

Awesome, Fred! I don’t remember the name of that location but it is east of Hwy 395 near the fish hatchery, right? I was there before, maybe even twice but I couldn’t get even close to what you were able to capture. Yes, the lighting conditions were definitely different. Yours seems to be early to mid morning judging by the height of the sun. Again, a jaw-dropping image and i am envious....
I went over to a friends house (build in progress) and there were two large windows we were sitting in front of. I was helping him with his camera, he’s a beginner. The window light was really nice. I need a natural light studio, at least I’d love to have one.

Thank you Joshua!
Here is a version with the CV 40/1.2 Nokton instead of the Loxia 21/2.8.
