A few from a very cold hike in the snow on Mt. Si - just East of Seattle where the real mountains start. Wind was howling at the top and froze us quickly.
Nothing spectacular, but the 21/3.5 CV is all I took along with my A7RIII.
This was my last shot at the Racetrack Playa after a long day of being out there. By this time around 8:30 PM, the temps were down in the mid 20's and the ground was so cold. I'm glad this 4 image focus stack came together in the editing phase. The FE 16-35 GM was a bit tricky to manually focus since infinity on my copy was at 10meter.
The sailing rocks here were just amazing. It was like these 2 rocks were playing follow the leader. The sweeping s curve was just icing on the proverbial cake from a memorable trip.

I really like Loxia 25 rendering style, but it does not get much use as it's almost always few mm too wide for almost any of my forest scenes. Even few mm does not sound much, but those few mm compromise the compositions as I have to compose mostly "to avoid large overexposed holes between trees showing the sky" instead composing for the scene. It gets little easier if I give up some sensor size and crop to 16:9 or wider, but I kind of prefer 3:2 or 5:4 kind of ratios - also I don't like to give up sensor size.

Wow, Joshua, this is wonderful! It’s as though your model, rather than posing for the camera, has been captured at the height of some mysterious moment in her life.
I had some amazing luck to see this rainbow over the Kalalau Valley. When we arrived just minutes earlier the valley was completely filled with clouds and fog.

Very nice photo of the bascule bridge Jim! Indeed quite similar to the one here in Trondheim, which can be seen again below among other shots from a walk in the harbor yesterday with our local photo group.
