I love to visit this 200 years old farm oposit the abandoned moated castle.Every time I arrive, there is something new and interesting to see.The Beautiful Landady of this property looks magnificent on the anthracite mare from her own breeding and, in other circumstances, even more beautiful and glamorous.
Her 5 hectares vineyard and white wine, that she has started to make, has a very promising taste too.

And some lanes through the old park, surrounding the palace to let the emotions cool down

Finally landing up in the old medieval village church, where in the 1241 Bishop Tomasz/Thomas stopped, crying over the defeat by Mongols/Tartars of the Christian army at Legnica/Liegnitz-Wahlstatt and the death of almost all of his knights. He spent the whole day weeping until he left for Wroclaw/Vratislavia/Breslau

I love to live in such a historical land, where every stone has a story to tell and almost every edifice is fabulous.
Joshua: Why, oh why . Just when I thought I had moved on from the biggest, largest type of glass, your shots reignite my G.A.S. Getting a big white lens would finally allow me to unify my camera system into all Sony again. Then again, that Nikon 500 PF is just damn handy. Argh.
Bob: Amazing lightning and colors. I see you already have frozen rivers/lakes. Looking at those pictures makes me miss real winters.
Samuli: I'm always impressed how you manage to make your subjects stand out so well. I literally couldn't see the forest for the trees or in this case vice versa .
Werner: Wonderful early morning (I suppose?) shot of November autumn.
Jako: I really like this minimalist style. Great composition there.
Ronny: I kept wondering why the eagles would gather at that particular spot. Looks like you provided the answer with the heron shot on the previous page.
Stephen: Beautiful panorama.
Helena: You always seem to paint with lightning. Great atmosphere in that series.
This was taken last month with the Loxia 21mm at f9

You've really got the touch for every genre -- portraits, fauna, landscape, architecture, more! Always learn something from your work.
Thanks!
No, thank you, Jim! I am very flattered...

Chris, even I was tempted by the 500mm PF but the hassle of dealing two formats, two battery systems, etc. stopped me on the track. Plus, the aperture of that lens is a tad too slow.... but it is so damn handhold able. But I am going for details in my images rather than trying to capture at a fast speed. Granted I may miss something but no big deal. I can try again and sometimes, I do get lucky...

Yes
The eagles are fed and then you have to sit in a hideout
We were lucky .. at most we had 12 eagles down at the same time
We sat 11 hours in the hiding place
Tense experience. Then the eagles are not so common to see
and especially closeup
