Here is one I am unsure if I posted here - pretty sure I didn't.
Taken from the North Rim of the Grand Canyon last year. Sony A7R + Contax 80-200mm. Guessing it was at 200mm, something I am trying to remedy (keeping track of settings that is)
Some more shots from my first trip with Wife and the A6000. Most of these shots I would not have gotten with my big Nikon kit because my Wife would not have allowed me to haul it around with us. I was able to get these shot quickly and without dedicated photography time, and not distract from my Wifes holiday. A real "peace keeper". Also just learning the camera. These are my first bracketed, and pano shots with the camera. Fast because I just look at the viewfinder for focus and exposure. It make complicated shots simple. The Sony may be the perfect travel camera for me.
Hope you all enjoy.... Steve

Steve, nice shots! Does the A6500 have the play memories apps? If so, you should look into some of the apps - they are super helpful and not too expensive!

I have the A6000 not the A6500. I wanted an inexpensive travel camera to supplement my heavy and expensive Nikon system. The A6000 with the 16-55mm and the 55-210mm kit lenses were only $400 used. I have since bought a few primes to supplement, but still well under 1K for the whole kit. For my purposes the A6000 woks well. I will save the extra to start a full frame mirrorless setup. Just waiting to see what Nikon brings out so I can possibly keep most of my Nikon glass. That is assuming their adapter is good enough.
Thanks for the tip on the play memories app. I am going to definitely explore that.
