Another fine twilight shot from you, using the Loxia 35 -- love those "sun-stars."
Thanks, Jim. The 10-bladed aperture is one reason why I keep using the Loxia 35 a lot, much more, in fact, than I thought I would.

Very nice! I spent a lot of time in Kawasaki with my 4x5 a few years ago. Lots on neat stuff to shoot there.

Thanks, Ryan. I lived in the greater Tokyo area for quite some time, but never went. I've since moved to another part of the country, but while in Tokyo finally found the time to visit that formerly infamous industrial park.

Here is an image from CR that got processed later, it is of a hummingbird after it got drenched by rain...
Thanks, Joshua. Beautiful soaked-wet hummer.

I love these Chris! I need industry in my life. 2 hour drive to the closest
Thanks, Robert. I guess there are pluses to not having those around, like less (light) pollution. Then again, they do for interesting and slightly different subjects of photography. For me, it's a nice change of pace.
It never gets dark in Iceland in mid-June. Dusk is about as dark as it gets. Arnarstapi is on the western peninsula south of Kirkjufell. We spent a lot of time here and some of it just to enjoy the beauty.
I rarely use my old Canon 180/3.5 macro, and decided to pull it out this year. Glad I did - it's definitely given me some different compositions in the garden. Here's some coneflower chaos from a few evenings ago. Sony A7RIII.
First image from this morning's photoshoot from way up high at Mission San Jose. I had access to a lift courtesy of a client that is restoring the Missions. I hesitated to look straight down.

Thank you dear friend. use the Glacier trail. then you stand directly in front of the extremely imposing mountain. The route is about 3 hours away and easy to walk with good hiking boots. (says a swiss guy)
