Joshua, thanks for the kind words! Lovely flowers, too!
No, thank you and yours is just great, Philippe!. Must be that special lens - just kidding.
Here are 3 more images taken with the Voigtlander Nokton 35mm f/1.2 Mark I just for kicks. The first two at wide open aperture and the last one was stopped down to f/2.8 or so.
Walking towards the mansion at Oak Alley Plantation - the first one was captured using Voigtlander 12mm and the last two using Zeiss Loxia 21mm (I was wrong in labeling this and had to edit this post to reflect the right lens ).
Couple of shots from the local Criterium race on Sunday.
Australians might be interested in the SBS TV has a cycling photo competition where the prize is an Olympus M43 camera and a couple of lenses and more (worth quite a bit) but you can not use the photos elsewhere before hand.
Taken with my battered old Tamron adaptall 300 2.8
Northeast Minneapolis on 7/1/17. All taken with my a7ii and jupiter 8. This lens never disappoints when I want the look of my images to emulate film. The imperfections in the highlights and the softness are a nice change up from the optical perfections that many of us (including myself) shoot with today.
More from Great Wall. Some how, I missed these previously. First image is remarkable in that the tiny silhouette in the center is the Beijing skyline, nearly 60 miles away. What an amazingly clear day!
