Killer thread as always. I've been doing my fair share of likes lately, just haven't been posting much. Life has a funny way of not letting me shoot much.
All the usual suspects have killer grabs these last several pages. I always feel like the level of grabs, and photogs, is on a higher level considering subjects and diversity here!
Joshua...I read that Fred was liking the little FE 35 too. Interesting. I've only shot it many years ago...I imagine it's great for traveling....hmmmm
Heading to Hawaii in 3 weeks(finally👍🏻👍🏻 as it's been three yrs and I'm(were jonesin pretty bad!) and getting my kit balanced out for the trip. So then, I'll finally have something to post....but for now a couple of Beach grabs from yesterday.

Is new hatched....They emerge after about 2–5 years, and usually under the cover of darkness.

PS
I think I prefer the "with Smooth Refections App" but the only aspect that irritates a bit is the fact that the sailing boats in the distance become little pale white streaks
PS
In this shot you can see the remains of two of the 16th Century Genoese defensive towers mentioned in one of my earlier posts. There was another one just out of shot to my left and lots more around the coast at similar distances. Quite a substantial defence commitment!

Peter, if you like the sailing boats on the last one you could overlap and mask only these particulars in order to have them in the preferred SR version

Good idea Manuel although that would be a new skill for me to learn! Alternatively I guess a larger number of exposures (this was 16 I think) would have averaged them out altogether (too late now though!). On the other hand that would have removed the remaining texture in the sea (i.e. the wave pattern) in the foreground which I quite like.
This place is near the lake where I walk my dog early in morning. I always bring my Nikon DSLR with a long telephoto lens for birds and a Sony a7RII for other stuff. Without exception, there is always fog near the transmission towers. Here is one from this morning's walk.
More images from the south - as seen from the balcony of the plantation's mansion. The levy/bank of the Mississippi is right at the end of the oak tree rows.
